Meet Crystal

I am Southern hospitality meets So-Cal vibes.

This means I warmly hold people accountable without judgment while creating room for humor and laughter. I work hard to make the therapeutic space with me feel safe and honest while also being challenging and rewarding. It is important to me that you don't feel apprehensive or resistant coming into the space - therefore while I am respectful and professional - I am never stiff or stuffy.

Many of the clients I work with have struggled with the pressures of performing in a society that often places roadblocks in their path, short changes them, or ignores them altogether. I take you, your concerns, and your goals seriously and you can expect that I will be an engaged and perceptive member of your team throughout your therapeutic journey.

I work best with clients who come into the space with a curious mindset and willing spirit to discover, explore, and grow. My clients value self development and want to explore insights about themselves. They reflect openly and ongoingly about who they are, what they want and where they want to be.

I pull from a few main psychological approaches: humanistic, narrative, socio-cultural, positive psychology, and strength-based. I am systematically trained, with a Level One Certificate in the Gottman Method for relationships and have completed the Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Externship for couples.
